The Texoma Area Information Center recently published its 2009 Texoma Resource Book. 

The guide features social service agencies that assist with an array of services such as legal assistance, substance abuse counseling, military and veterans services, mortgage assistance, dental referrals, Medicare Part D information, and aging and disability services to name a few. 

The guide is a compliment to the 2-1-1 telephone service that allows a person to call and speak to a Specialist at length about a particular problem that they need help with and hopefully find solutions that addresses the problem.
