The 2009 Bonham Lady Warriors may have some new faces on the court and a new coach directing the action, but the goal is still the same -- make it to the playoffs.

Bonham head volleyball coach Jim Wood has his Lady Warriors preparing for their first scrimmage of the year coming up Friday, August 7 at Prosper.

"I've been impressed with their passing, hustle and enthusiasm," Coach Wood said of the Lady Warriors.  "This is a very coachable group."

Bonham is scheduled to scrimmage at 2:00 p.m. Friday against either Little Elm or The Colony.

On Saturday, August 8, The Lady Warriors will travel to Frisco High School for another scrimmage.  Then, on August 11, Bonham will be at Pottsboro for a dual contest with Melissa and Pottsboro.
