COLLEGE STATION - The Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership program has announced the 24 members of its newest two-year class, according to Dr. Jim Mazurkiewicz, the program's director.
The leadership development program of the Texas AgriLife Extension Service, called TALL, is designed to help participants reach their full potential as the next generation of leaders, he said.
Members of the newest class, the 11th in the program's history, will attend eight sessions over two years. They also will travel throughout Texas, as well as visit Washington, D.C., New York, Mexico, Russia and Poland.
"By participating in these seminars, we hope class members broaden their views and vision of agriculture on the state level, as well as internationally," Mazurkiewicz said.
