FORT WORTH—The Kimbell Art Museum presents “Eyes on the Skies,” a Children’s Workshop, on Saturday, May 10, from 10 a.m. to noon. Children and their adult partners will explore paintings in the Museum’s collection depicting stormy skies and sun-drenched landscapes by artists such as Claude Monet and Giovanni Bellini before testing weather conditions with colorful kites they will make in the workshop.

Designed for children ages 6 to 14, Children’s Workshops combine interactive gallery discussions and hands-on activities for children and their parents. The materials fee for the workshop is $15 ($12 for Museum members); there is no charge for parents. Maximum of three children per adult. To register, call 817-332-8451, ext. 297.
