15. Approve going out for bid for rock and gravel, asphalt materials, emulsions and road oil for all Precincts – Purchasing Agent

16. Approve the purchase of a 2024 Iron Bull 102" x "28 Gooseneck Equipment Trailer for $14,674.00 to be paid for out of ARPA Funds for Precinct 4 – Purchasing Agent
