The Dodd City Hornets will open up their Region II-A finals series with the Abbott Panthers on Friday, May 24 at Saginaw High School. Game one is set to begin at 5:00 p.m.

Game two will begin 30 minutes after the conclusion of the series opener.

If needed, game three is set for 4:00 p.m. Saturday.

Abbott was the runner-up in District 15-A and went on to defeat Coolidge, Gordon and Meridian to reach the regional finals.

Dodd City is the top seed out of District 12-A. The Hornets drew a bye in the first round of the playoffs before putting away Perrin-Whitt and Electra to earn a spot in the finals.
