Call to order

1. Consider and take action to approve a lease for the rental property located at 7500 Lake Bonham Dr.

2. Recess into closed executive session for attorney client consultation to seek legal advice on pending or contemplated litigation as it relates to the City of Bonham Extraterritorial Jurisdiction and as permitted by Texas Government Code §551.071(1)(A).  

3. Reconvene in open public session and take possible action on the matter discussed during closed
session.

4. Adjourn

The Bonham City Council hereby expresses its intention of considering, deliberating, and taking action on any item listed on this
agenda unless specifically stated otherwise.
