A preview of the items for sale will be held on Friday, May 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Sherman, Texas. 

The auction will be held this coming Saturday, May 18.  The gates open at 8:00 a.m. with the auction beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Items being auctions include not only used equipment but a full 18 wheeler truckload of brand new equipment that was generously donated to us by a restaurant equipment dealer.   Everything from deep fryers to stainless deep freezers, icemakers, and refrigerators (single, double, and triple door stainless), and undercounter bar coolers, prep tables…..you name it, we probably have it. 

This will be our largest fundraiser of the year, helping us provide home-delivered meals to thousands of homebound senior citizens, and we would be INCREDIBLY grateful for any coverage you could give us, particularly prior to the event.   The success of the auction depends on ensuring people know about it, so we appreciate anything you can do to help us in this regard.  Thank you, and please let me know if you have any questions.
