Bonham, Texas -- This week, we’re celebrating our unsung heroes during National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week! When you call 911, it’s their voices that give hope and reassurance, while at the same time making sure help is on the way! These outstanding first responders work tirelessly 24/7 to ensure that those in need of emergency services receive them in an efficient and timely manner. When seconds matter, they answer the call! Thank you all for your dedication! Keep up the great work!

We have an amazing dispatch team, and our community is very fortunate to have these men and women who really care about our city! I had the honor to coordinate this special project to have our 911 team adopted. Each dispatcher got adopted this year as a way for our donors to show their appreciation for their service! Each basket was filled with so many goodies!

Teagan and I dropped off some dinner on Tuesday, for our night shift dispatchers at the Bonham Police Department and Fannin County Sheriff’s Office. This is just a small token of my gratitude as we honor them during National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week 2024!

Words can’t express how much I really appreciate you all. Thank you for your dedication and service to serving our citizens around the clock.

I personally would like to thank everyone who helped make this a successful event for the third year in a row.

Special thanks to the following donors:
