Birdwatching with the Master Naturalists at the Sam Rayburn House November 11

Bonham, Texas -- Learn about birdwatching with the Bois d’Arc Chapter naturalists at the Sam Rayburn House State Historic Site on Saturday, November 11, 2023! Beginning at 9:00 a.m., the Bois d’Arc Chapter of the Texas Master Naturalists will give a presentation about birdwatching for anyone interested in discovering this hobby that can help international conservation efforts while improving your physical and mental health. This program is free, you do not need to bring any supplies, and people of all ages may take part.

Following the birdwatching presentation, the Sam Rayburn House will offer a free craft! Make your own binoculars from paper rolls and construction paper to begin your birdwatching journey.

This craft will be available after the birdwatching program until 11:00 a.m. on November 11.
