UPDATE: The office of Fannin County Judge Randy Moore reports that the Public Hearing for Austin Bridge and Road's asphalt plant SUP application has been cancelled tomorrow, April 30.  Austin Bridge has pulled their application for this site.

Notice of Public Hearing before the Commissioners Court

Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners Court of Fannin County, Texas will hold a public hearing starting at 8:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at the City of Bonham Council Chambers at the Bonham City Hall, located at 514 Chestnut Street, Bonham, TX 75418.

The Commissioners Court will consider the Austin Bridge application and take any necessary actions on the application.

Details of the Subject Property: 10 Acres out of 111.586 Acre tract on the corner of Pecan and Bicentennial in Bonham, Texas

                                  Present Zoning Classifications:  Agriculture

                     Requested Zoning Classifications:  Specific Use Permit for Temporary Asphalt Plant

Any owner of property subject to the zoning change (those within 200 feet of the 10 acre property line and who will also receive a letter from the Bois d’ Arc Lake Zoning Commission) may protest the zoning change by filing a written protest with the Administrative Assistant to the Fannin County Judge. The protest must be received by the Administrative Assistant to the Fannin County Judge by 5:00 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2019.

Responses received after that time shall not be counted in the record of response. The protest shall state the reason for the protest, list the address of the property or contain a legal description of the property on behalf of which the protest is made, and be signed by the owner of the property.

All interested citizens of the County are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Additional information and protest forms may be obtained in the Fannin County Judge’s Office located at 514 Chestnut Street, Bonham, TX 75418 or by contacting the Administrative Assistant to the Fannin County Judge, at 903-583-7455.
