Cooking Well for Healthy Blood Pressure classes at Fannin County Extension office

Fannin County, Texas -- Cooking Well for Healthy Blood Pressure, a cooking school focusing on heart-healthy cooking and education, will be offered at the Fannin County Extension office March 11, 18, and 25.  This hands-on, three lesson series is an interactive workshop full of research based information and healthy recipes.  

 

Classes will be held from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on March 11, March 18, and March 25 at the Derrell Hall Education Center at 2505 N. Center Street in Bonham.  Fee is $20 and will include all 3 classes, plus recipe samples.

 

Cooking Well for Healthy Blood Pressure sessions include DASHing your Way to Improved Health; A Virtual Grocery Store Tour; and Cooking Well with Spices and Herbs.
