Fannin County, Texas -- The Fannin County Museum of History has reprinted the delightful history book originally published by Juanita Spencer in 1977 - Bonham, Town of Bailey Inglish.

Long out-of-print, this book is an easy-to-read history of Fannin County and Bonham, along with delightful illustrations and many photographs.

Copies are available at the Museum, the Bonham Visitors Center and on amazon.com.  The cost is $20, and all proceeds from the sale of the book benefit the Museum.

Also on sale at the Museum, the Bonham Visitors Center and on amazon.com is the book republished last year The Pictorial History of Fannin County.

This book is a rich collection of historic photographs of Fannin County, Texas, including the towns and communities of Bonham, Dodd City, Ector, Honey Grove, Ivanhoe, Ladonia, Leonard, Ravenna, Savoy, Telephone, Windom and other rural communities. The photos include those of businesses, historic homes, schools and families.

All proceeds from the sale of both books benefit the Fannin County Museum of History.  Perhaps one or both would make a nice Christmas present for someone you know.  For more information on the Museum, see www.fannincountymuseum.org/
