McKinney, Texas -- The Comedy Arena will host a night of comedy benefiting Kidd’s Kids at the McKinney Performing Arts Center on October 18 at 6:00 p.m. The evening will feature performances by the legendary ComedySportz® improvised comedy troupe, as well as a silent auction, cocktail hour, VIP after party, and a ton of laughs. All proceeds will benefit the Kidd’s Kids Organization to help send terminally and chronically ill kids on an unforgettable trip to Disney World.

Kidd Kraddick founded Kidd’s Kids in 1991 with a dream to make a difference in the lives of children and their families who were dealing with difficult, life changing, or terminal medical conditions. In its 27th year, the foundation has sent over 1,000 kids and their families on a trip of a lifetime to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. These trips offer children and their families a brief respite from medical treatments and hospitals, enabling them to experience an exciting adventure in the most magical place on earth.

“We are proud to join Kidd’s Kids and the McKinney Performing Arts Center to help put smiles on the faces of families dealing with difficult medical conditions,” said Von Daniel, Owner & Managing Director, The Comedy Arena. “Kidd Kraddick’s legacy lives on through Kidd’s Kids, and we are honored to host an event that’s fun for the entire family and benefits such a great cause.”
