Come to the lake and see the huge flock of wintering geese at Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge!  Go for a hike, have a picnic and be sure to stop by the Visitor Center for information and visitor services such as maps, free wildlife guides and binoculars-for-loan.  Itís a great free way to spend the day with the family.  Note:  please stay in your car or on the trails when viewing geese.  Going into the fields or chasing geese can result in a ticket for harassment of wildlife.
